This page provides information about the registration to ISAGA2023 conference.

Registrations are now closed:

- 26th June  for the online-day which wil be held on 28th June

- 26th June 29th June for the conference in La Rochelle from 4th to 7th July. (those who had plan to register in between 26th and 29th June, please the organizers at our contact address)

Registration is required to attend and/or present at the conference.

Registration procedure

Registration is to be done on this website together with the payment of the registration fee.

If you are ready to register and proceed for payment, please go to the Registration page.

Registration fee

There are different registration fees depending on your status and whether you attend the whole conference or just the online-only day.

Please note: the early bids price is not available anymore.

Registration for the whole conference: 4 days in-person, plus one day online-only

The registration fee covers access to all the conference tracks, the lunch meal, tea/coffee breaks, refreshments, plus the gala dinner, as well as the access to the online-only day.

• Full price: 550 € (early bid: 550 €)
• ISAGA members' price*: 500 € (early bid: 450 €)
• Reduced price: 300 € (early bid: 250 €) available for students, retired persons, unemployed, participants from NGOs and nonprofits associations, or participants on contract in low and lower middle income countries*

Registration for the online-only day

The registration fee gives access to the online-only day on 28th June, plus live online broadcast of the keynotes of the 4 days of the conference in La Rochelle.
