EIAH conference

The Conference on Computer Environments for Human Learning (EIAH) is a French-speaking multidisciplinary conference on the design and analysis of digital environments for education and training.

European Simulation And Gaming Forum

The European Simulation And Gaming Forum is the largest simulation game conference in Europe. The aim of the event, which takes place every two years, is to present the diversity of the simulation method, to highlight future developments and to discuss possible uses and applications with other users, developers or researchers in the field of simulation games.

The next European Simulation And Gaming Forum (34th edition) will take place from 22nd to 23rd June 2023, in Heilbronn, Germany. The Forum will be held exclusively in German language.

GSGS conference

The International conference on Gamification & Serious Games (GSGS) is organized annualy in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The GSGS conference addresses the demand of really user-centered products by falling within the needs of the industrial sector and the innovation produced by the applied research.

The next GSGS conference (8th edition) will take place from 26t to 30th June 2023, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The conference is in English. Deadline for submissions: February 21st.

ISAGA Summer School

The ISAGA Summer School has a game design and a research track and is suitable for novice game designers and researchers and also advanced PhD’s and post docs. The theme of 2023 summer school is "Simulation gaming for complexity " and will feature lectures with prominent S&G teachers, workshops and design sessions, sightseeing and rich social program.

The next ISAGA summer school will take place from 26th to 30th June 2023, in Warsaw, Poland. The summer school is in English.

Australasian Simulation Congress

The Australasian Simulation Congress (ASC) brings together Serious Games, SimHealth and SimTecT communities from the Asia-Pacific region in particular, including international academic researchers and industry and innovation stakeholders interested in modelling, simulation and training. 

The next ASC (18th edition since it includes Serious Games), which theme is ‘Life between reality and simulation‘, will take place from 21st to 24th August 2023, in Adelaide, Australia. The congress is in English.

ECGBL conference

The European Conference on Games Based Learning (ECGBL) brings together a diverse audience of academic scholars, practitioners, game designers and individuals who are engaged in various aspects of games-based learning and serious games.

The next ECGBL conference (17th edition) will take place from 5th to 6th October 2023, in Enschede, Netherlands. The conference is in English.

JCSG conference

The Joint Conference on Serious Games (JCSG) is is a merger between the Serious Games Development and Applications (SGDA) conference and the International Conference on Serious Games (GameDays).

The next JCSG conference (13th edition) will take place from 26th to 27th October 2023, at Trinity College Dublin, Irland. The conference is in English.

GALA conference

Games and Learning Alliance Conference (GALA), is an event organized by the Serious Games Society.
The objective of GALA conference is to provide an international forum for the dissemination and exchange of scientific information on theoretical, technical, and applied areas of serious games. These objectives are accomplished through different means: presentation sessions, keynote speeches, a poster session, an exhibition, and a game competition.
