Dear colleagues,

 

First of all, we thank you for your interest in our conference and for your patience. Indeed, we received so many proposals and so many good ones that the choice has been quite difficult (the scientific and organizing committees eventually selected 52 of them).  This success partly explains why we have only just set up the conference website, but now the website works and you can register online.

 

To register for the conference, please follow the instructions below:

 

REGISTRATION:

  • Only electronic registrations are accepted at:

  • The early bird registration fees apply for payments made prior July 9th 2012 :

PhD students: 40 €

Regular registration (Professors, Assistants,PhDs., etc.): 65 €

  • In case the payment is not done by that deadline, the late bird registration fees apply (+20 € for all)
  • Accommodation and catering are taken care of by the organizing committee of the symposium.
  • The co-authors of joint papers must contact us before they register.

 

REGISTRATION FORM:

  • Once you have paid for your registration, you are asked to fill in a form. Could you please answer as precisely as possible so that we can offer the necessary conference facilities.

 

CONFERENCE PAPERS:

  • Authors are required to submit their papers electronically. Paper submissions are due by September 15th, 2012.  All papers must be translated in French. In case we have not received the papers by that deadline, we may refuse to consider them.
  • We will maintain a 20-minute time-slot for each speaker. 
  • Authors will be able to modify their papers before publication.

 

We invite you to visit the site in the coming months as new information will be posted regularly (travel, location, how to get to the conference venue, weather report, etc.).
