Call for abstract submission

Presentations will be delivered as keynote lectures, along with short communications dedicated to early-career researchers and young scientists
The total number of participants is limited to 100 people- Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Possibility to publish in a Special Issue of Brazilian Journal of Pharmacognosy.
The conference is supported by our institutional and academic partners, including La Rochelle University, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region and the Charente-Maritime Department.
During the conference, meals will be adapted to vegetarian and non-vegetarian dietary preferences.
Registration :
- Senior (permanent) researcher – Professor assistant-Professor: 700 €
- Junior researcher (Master, PhD, Postdoc): 500 €
- Accompanying person : Please register as Junior researcher (500 €) and inform us at laurent.picot@univ-lr.fr : the registration for accompanying persons includes accomodation, meals and social activities. Accompanying persons must be family members or close relatives of the participating researchers, sharing their accomodation. We do not have the possibility to provide childcare.
- Deadline: 8th May 2026 – Please register as soon as possible for you, so we can ensure smooth and efficient organization.
Registration fee includes on-site accommodation in shared chalets/mobil-homes for 3 nights, all meals, and activities/entertainment planned throughout the event.
This event is designed with a strong eco-friendly approach, in line with the regional NéoTerra roadmap. We prioritize low-impact logistics through on-site accommodation, shared transport (shuttles and carpooling), and soft mobility such as cycling on the island. The conference also promotes responsible sourcing (local and organic catering), eliminates single-use plastics, and limits printed materials by using digital communication. Finally, the event commits to a full carbon offset strategy in partnership with the GoodPlanet Foundation.
