Registration fees

The registration fees include the lectures, lunches, coffee breaks, social activities and the banquet.

The following fees will be applied until may 30^th (early registration). After this date an increase of 100 € will be added.

Accommodation

Some rooms will be booked at the student hall of the university (15 min walk from the venue). The rooms are for one person (9 m2). The accommodation will be proposed as an option during the registration process.

For people who don’t want to stay at the student hall, there are many hotels in La Rochelle. The participant will contact directly the chosen hotel.

Near the venue of the school there are 2 middle class hotels (5 min walk):

However there are many hotels downtown (20 to 25 min walk or 5 min by bus from the venue). The summer vacation begins officially on July 7^th. So if people book the hotel early it will be easy to find a room. The university has negotiated the prices of the following hotels:

Diner

Lunches, banquet and coffee breaks are included in the registration fees. However the places for dinner will be freely chosen by the participants.

There are many restaurants downtown with prices from 12 € to 90 € (and even more) depending of the restaurants. So, a minimal budget of 50 € is recommended for the 4 dinners not provided by the organisation of the school.
