The summer school will be organised at La Rochelle, France at La Rochelle University.

Venue

The school will take place at the “Pôle Communication, multimedia, Réseaux” (Communication, multimedia, Network building) on the Campus of the University.

The address of the building is :   44 Avenue Albert Einstein, 17000 La Rochelle

Access

From the train station, the best way to reach the venue is to take the bus.

The bus stop "Gare" is not exactly in front the station. You need to walk few minutes. It is on "Avenue de Colmar" as shown on the following picture.

Take the bus number "3" or "4" in the direction of "Bongraine" or "Les Minimes".

The following picture shows you a part of the bus map (for sunday).

To reach the venue of the Summer school you have to get off at "Technoforum" bus stop.
The venue is 250m walk from the bus stop as shown below.

Accommodation

For participants who have booked a room at the student hall of the university (Residence Antinea of the CROUS).
The address is : Cité Antinea, 15 Rue François de Vaux de Foletier, 17000 La Rochelle

To reach the student hall by bus, you can take the same bus as explained above, but get off at the "Sole" bus stop.
The 2nd bus stops after "technoforum".

The next picture shows you the way to follow. You must retrace your step to take the street "Rue de la sole". Go right
and follow the street as shown below.

After the roundabout, take the litlle path between the trees to reach the residence Antinea.

The Antinea Residence :

If you arrive on Sunday, someone will welcome you and will give you the key of your room.
If you arrive on Monday morning we suggest you to come directly to the Summer School venue.

Access to the venue from the residence

The venue of the summer school is 12 minutes walk from the residence.

The breakfast will be provided at the venue of the Summer School from 9:00 am on Monday and from 8:00 am for the rest of the week.
